Eco-friendly

We almost exclusively use recyclable paper products for our packaging, except tape. Some more fragile products might require foam and/or plastic bubble wrap that we recycle from other packages. Because we’re using paper for cushion, we pack a lot in there— we encourage you to use it for starting fires or packing up presents :-) You can also dump it right into your recycling bin.

US Domestic Shipping

Usually, orders arrive between 2-7 days after processed. We primarily use UPS to do our shipping. Keep an eye out for emails with tracking numbers and other updates.

International Shipping

Although we don’t have international shipping built-in, we’re happy to accommodate those willing to pay the shipping cost. Please email us at isaih.porter@gmail.com if you’d like to place an international order and we can put together an estimate of the cost. Thank you for your interest :)

Breakage

We do our best to package our products safely, while also using eco-conscious materials. Unfortunately, ceramics are fragile and can break. If your order arrives broken, please let us know ASAP for a full refund. We don’t take it personally, it just tells us where we can improve. Photos of all packaging and all broken items are necessary for a refund.

Returns

We do not accept returns, all sales are final.
